CERTIFICATION
All our young trees come with a European Passport as well as CAC
(Conformitas Agraria Communitatis).
Our nursery meets all certification requirements under Italian and European legislation and is entered in the Official Register of Professional Operators under registration code RUOP IT-12-1071 (Lazio Region Resolution no. G17871 of 17/12/2019).
Certification of our trees guarantees you the option of participating in European tenders and accessing financial resources made available through the various tools: RDP, supply chain agreements and supportive measures.
THE FERRERO HAZELNUT PROJECT
We are an original participant of Ferrero’s Italian Hazelnut Project.
For some years, Ferrero has been implementing a project for development of hazelnut plantations.
Only the finest nurseries can take part in the project, and we are one of them.
The project’s goals are:
- product traceability and sustainability;
- promotion of quality within the Italian hazelnut supply chain;
- land improvement in order to achieve production excellence;
- development of the hazelnut industry.
Through our partner, Azienda Agricola Sant'Isidoro, we also offer certified organic hazelnut trees:

Hazelnuts are rich in healthy properties that benefit the entire body.
When eaten regularly in small quantities, they are the perfect food as part of a correct Mediterranean diet, being a source of energy, nutrients and minerals.
The are the richest fruit in vitamin E after almonds and help to lower cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood.
Like all dried shelled fruit, they are rich in ‘good’ fatty acids (including omega-3s) and minerals (magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, selenium, iron and calcium).
They are a good source of phytosterols, molecules that help prevent cardiovascular diseases.
